Richardson's Telecom Corridor on US-75 is one of the most office-glass-dense corridors in all of North Texas. The concentration of mid-rise and low-rise commercial buildings with significant south and west exposure creates measurable cooling cost issues for tenants and property managers throughout the summer. Commercial film at this scale, multi-floor installations, building-wide coordination, phased project management, is work we're equipped to handle in a way smaller operations aren't.
Mid-Century Residential in West Richardson
Richardson's older residential neighborhoods, established largely from the 1950s through the 1970s, feature brick homes with original or early-replacement windows that transfer heat far more efficiently than they should. Many of these homes have undergone renovations that updated kitchens and baths but left the windows untouched. Film on original or first-generation windows in these neighborhoods is where we see the most dramatic before-and-after improvement of any application in the eastern Dallas County area.
